 About Flutepick

The Flutepick is the magic wand every flutist needs. It combines a cleaning rod with a multi-function stainless steel screwdriver into an elegant Swiss knife for the flute.

With the Flutepick you can: 

• Clean your instrument like with a regular rod
• Fix your screws
• Rehook springs with our rehook head on the screwdrivers tip
• Check your headjoint cork position
• Remove rubber plugs from your flute

Included in the package are also two high quality microfiber cloths, to clean your precious instrument in and out. 

The design process

The Flutepick has been designed with the highest care for details, choosing robust materials and a simple but durable design. 

The screwdriver seamlessly disappears inside the rod but is always there if you need it. Just unscrew the handle and discover a precious stainless steel screwdriver with a smart tip, that allows to rehook springs very easily. 

We sourced for quality woods and chose contrasting materials for the handle and the rod, to highlight the multiple functions. We use european walnut for the handle and oak for the rod. Also, we designed the upper part of the cleaning rod flat, but with the same outer diameter, to ensure an even cleaning result, when used inside the flute.
